I know I like rainbow colors and pretty and blah blah, but this is a pretty cool bottle design.

I have to say that this is one of the most beautifully designed phone home screens I have ever seen. Watch the video to see it function. Believing that design = communication, I have to say that beyond the look of this, the functionality and ability to parse information into easy to find and use chunks makes the Intelligent Home Screen a winner. Now can I have a phone with it?
Couple of things: 1. For some reason I absolutely love the simplicity of the email standards project’s web page (http://www.email-standards.org) design. 2. Looks like progress is being made on how Outlook renders emails. 3. Email client support is much better than last time I looked, but man I hate coding HTML emails.

Do you use mood boards for your design? I usually put together a color palette and have sometimes put together an “inspiration” follder. When I used to judge office interior design competitions at the local design school they used mood boards, but I have never seen it for web or digital work. For those of you who are digital designers how do you start the process?
